So im doing the training thing, and one of the questions is whether you need to disclose other jobs, political affiliations, and god knows what else. If you run for local school board, why in the bloody hell would a company need to know this? The ONLY reason is so said company has political pull to manipulate that local area to their own benefit. Outside of this, i see zero reason why a company would need you to disclose this very personal information. This is especially true because said companies do extremely shady and backhanded unethical stuff, all the time, yet lecture their own employees about being ethical ....

If you're part of an organization that requires you spend time there like a job, then I can see them wanting to know about that, as it's something that may require your attention during working hours.

Asking about direct political affiliation or how you voted would be the flag here.

Yeah its direct political affiliation down to the position, title, and affiliation. There was another company which was actually paying people to vote for Clinton. A really big telecom company in the north east which sounds similar to CrapCast
