Other jobs: With a full time position this is usually so you affirm that you're there to work the job, and won't be using company resources for another position or taking time away from the job to do other jobs.
Political affiliation is a red flag and you should consider any company that asks this as suspect.
Yeah my company wants to know if you join a local school board, or are part of a local political organization. Apparently what you do outside of work hours DOES matter!
If you're part of an organization that requires you spend time there like a job, then I can see them wanting to know about that, as it's something that may require your attention during working hours.
Asking about direct political affiliation or how you voted would be the flag here.
Yeah its direct political affiliation down to the position, title, and affiliation. There was another company which was actually paying people to vote for Clinton. A really big telecom company in the north east which sounds similar to CrapCast
