pretty good and yeah although a little boring due to the lock down still continuing, been out and about but still nothing is open, i never really use recipes but chilli is surprisingly good for you(if you are a man and are trying to build muscles that is) and one of my go to meals

chicken soup, is a good one, had it yesterday, i normally use the breast meat for one meal (chicken breast and some leg meat, mash, veg, and gravy) then pick the bones clean and make a nice stock from the bones an even a little skin too, not all of it but some, just to add a little extra flavour, pretty basic really, make a mirepoix of what ever quantities you want, i tend to go heavy on the carrots to give it extra body, cook with a bit of stock until softened and blend with an immersion blender, add potato, the chicken stock, and the meat you picked off the chicken before making the stock(sub the potatos for flour to thicken if you want, make sure you whisk as you add the flour to avoid lumps)

cant really give you ideas with out knowing what you have hand on really, as a general rule though what ever veg you have with spiced protein combined with either rice/potatos maybe crack an egg in to it for good measure, also omelettes / frittatas are a good way to use up leftovers/what ever the fuck is in the fridge, i quite often do the same with fried rice(a good cast iron pan is really helpful for fried rice, its better than a wok in my opinion)
