I'm sure everything gets filtered down. Biden and Kamala are the perfect figureheads for a shadow government.

I figure they basically do what they're told on the campaign trail, then they appoint the cabinet they're told to. The cabinet are the ones making actual decisions on behalf of the rothschilds.
