this is probably the hardest part to hammer out. I think we need a presidential cabinet representative or we set up our branch of government called the patriot militia wing with a rep from each state. will this whole thing go bad. maybe? but isnt that fine? and isnt it worth seizing control in a nearly peaceful manner. there will be skirmishes and assassinations but maybe no civil war or international war
