I was diagnosed with lung cancer, and the doctor gave me a ton of meds, nebulizers, oxygen. Except i dont feel like im living anymore, so much as my corpse which hasnt quite died yet is still alive. I can feel like i can still do stuff, but the limitations are still there, im just hiding symptoms. It feels so demoralizing and depressing

Funny you mention genetic, because there is a very heavy genetic component and combination of birth defects that eventually caused my disease. The thing is im no longer scared of my fate, i know it will happen, i walk with god on this one, knowing he must have some kind of plan for me. My other problem, is talking to people about death, makes for some very scared people, most people hate the idea of confronting mortality, and dont really know what to do when presented with very stacked odds against you.
