I don't know of any law that gives law enforcement more of a right to use a gun than anyone else.

They have a right to self defense and to defend others, but that's it and you have those same legal rights. They don't have a license to kill. Ultimately, a jury decides if a gun was fired unlawfully.

No you don't. You need to shut the fuck up. You know nothing. Some states you have a duty to retreat. That's not the same as law enforcement. Delete this before you get somebody in trouble.
