I'm not going to give intermediate steps, just summary. Country: Estonia.

Basically, i calculated correlation between vaccination rates vs positive covid cases from february to now. Threw out weekends to eliminate weekend bias(people vaccinate and test less on those days). Well, the first correlation was 0.68. Then calculated correlation for last week - 0.8. Then calculated correlation with 1 day delay(previous day vaccinated, next day positive) and correlation was 0.34. Then calculated correlation only on wednesdays(only 5 weeks, but hey... just to throw out weekday bias). Correlation was 0.69.

Correlation can go from -1 to 1. 0 is "no correlation". So... yeah...
