It's our usual after church activity. Across the restaurant I saw a couple. Black dude, white girl. The guy was fit and nice, the girl had dreadlocks and just talked nonstop in that rapid fire cadence one comment right after the next.

The look on his face was priceless. He was not into it, so she would talk louder and faster.

I wanted to tell him to run.
