I once tried to cross the Canadian border in a brand new rented Lincoln Continental coming from south Texas not far from the Mexican border with two kids who should've been in school. Took a while. Total three adults two kids (we homeschooled).

Told them we were going to visit a church. "Sure you are." But we was, fer real.
