The novelty wears off soon enough and I just straight up ignore insults. When insults get hurled around left and right, they lose the edge and start to sound like meaningless noises. They contribute nothing to an argument or a discussion, and it goes to show they don't have any coherent rebuttal except for an ad hominem.
