For those of you outside the USA, you can order pre-marked boxes from the US Post Office, free of charge. They're set up to use the priority mail service, which is a fixed-price-per-box service, regardless of weight (up to about 70lb, I believe.) Basically, if it fits, it ships.
I ordered some with the intention of shipping some Christmas gifts to people, but they never arrived. I assumed that, along with a few items I ordered, they were stolen from my doorstep.
Today, I see they're sitting on my doorstep. Almost 5 months after I ordered them, and this is an item that is supplied by the post office, for the post office. I have no use for these boxes now, having delivered all the gifts by hand or other methods at this point.
And they wonder why their revenue is suffering.
