"Full Stack Engineer" = Red Flag
Aside from using nothing but glorified web-developers to (apparently) build their entire supply chain... why? Just curious on your opinion. I would have thought the fact that they have Java devs doing the heavy-lifting for everything would be an even-bigger red flag.
'Full Stack Engineer' typically means that they are they are too lazy to hire for and/or define task specialization. You will be expected to have the skill sets of half a dozen different professions. Web developer, UI/UX engineer, Business Logic developer, back end development, Operations, Database Administrator, Tech support, AND you get to be on call to fix things when they break in the middle of the night... And the best thing? It is all your official responsibility and you will get blamed for everything.
