It's a Big Bar.....

And you aint in it. It's the Bar they hit you over the head with every day........

Not sure why a highlightable horizontal bar was placed on the pages recently. It doesn't look like the rest of the site. A thick black line would be preferable. Why does it highlight when you mouse over it? Strange and out of place.

Can we have the option to turn it off or have it not exist in a certain Light/Dark mode?

I was just about to ask what the frigging slide-bar is for.

It's like half done or happy accident when adding the icons which are nice by the way.

I have had zero to no complaints since moving here from voat (we are a bunch of faggotniggers) but this one bright white mouseover glownigger horizontal bar kind of stifles the flow of conversation. Less is more.
