It's so easy that I've accidentally done it by periodically blocking anyone clearly suffering from mental illness. Now I never see Qfags; it's like they don't even exist.

I don't even get notified when a Qfag bans me from his irrelevant little sub because I've already got him and the sub blocked.

Thats awesome. The problem is when they make a new sub cuz someone says the wrong thing and or one of his possessed minions ban them. But yeah, its easy to block that insane drug induced psychosis.
