Seriously, it sucks. I know you're not supposed to go to work and enjoy it, but i feel like all im doing is cashing in the pay check, in return the company looks good for not firing people. Work is at a crawl, very little features being rolled out, even other departments are having trouble justifying their existence. And yet, young me would have left. Older me, says screw it, ill bend them for all they have and cash out as much money as i can. Company doesnt care about me, why should i care about them?

Everyone hates their job. If it was fun to do, nobody would get paid to do it because people would be doing it for free.

People who rave about how much they love their jobs are self-deluded retards who can’t accept the fact that life involves a lot of doing shit you don’t want to do

Um, I really enjoy my IT work. It's true about finding something you love to do. Is it always 100% Roses and sunshine, not, but it is mostly.
