I'm telling you right now this is a lot easier than you think it is. Hell, just commit to doing curls every other day to start. This alone will make a huge difference in your appearance after a couple months.

Being fat lowers your testosterone. Fat converts test to estrogen and increased estrogen reduces testosterone production. Eddie Hall was on exogenous testosterone. Seriously being fat makes you weaker than you would be not fat. You can gain muscle while losing weight. Just lift and get ~150 grams of protein a day while cutting overall calories. You'll eventually be stronger than if you stayed fat.

All the more reason to start lifting. It will increase testosterone. I've seen some really fat guys who lift and they are fucking strong.
