Being fat lowers your testosterone. Fat converts test to estrogen and increased estrogen reduces testosterone production. Eddie Hall was on exogenous testosterone. Seriously being fat makes you weaker than you would be not fat. You can gain muscle while losing weight. Just lift and get ~150 grams of protein a day while cutting overall calories. You'll eventually be stronger than if you stayed fat.

All the more reason to start lifting. It will increase testosterone. I've seen some really fat guys who lift and they are fucking strong.

I remember watching a fat guy, at least 400 lbs. doing reps with 405 on the bar. He let it rest on his chest between reps. WTF?

YES! get some cheap weights from craigslist used or Amazon....wherever and start a simple routine. Even if its curls and overhead presses only to start. Do 5 sets of 10 reps each every other day. It's that simple and 25 minutes every other day is nothing. You'll see huge results from just doing this. Who cares if you are fat, you can still pack on muscle. Do it my friend.
