Why would I make a bet? You're the one proclaiming yourself to be impressive with your gains on the internet. The default is to question it because anyone can fake that.
What you'll get from me by proving it is the impression that you are someone with physical prowess, and probably me asking questions about how you got there, whilst also confirming it to others.
I'm not posting about my gains, I'm over forty years old and not making gains. I just maintain where I'm at.
I've been Lifting for over 20 years, I put in the work that's how I got where I'm at. It's not hard though and people over complicate exercise all the time.
I've already proved these pictures are me many times so I don't really feel motivated to do it again. Believe me or don't. It is very flattering when people don't believe it's me though.
You didn't get there and maintain it for 20 years by doing nothing...
If you've already proven it, then don't waste your time but instead point to other posts/comments were it was proven.
The respectful thing for you to do would have been to say "thank you for proving that to me".
If you're interested in starting a weight lifting routine I will help you set one up catered to whatever shape you're in right now.
It's a lot easier than you think and after about a month when your body has adjusted and you start to see the changes it will become a hobby. It will be something you look forward to doing.
Nevermind. It's not me, I'm lying. I'm 400lbs 5'7" and the only thing I lift is mountain dew.
