OK, I did my arms. Not the workout you defined, but I did it.
I did about 1 set of probably 50 slow and controlled perfect form full length arm rotations from waist to sky (hard to explain in words). Then two dumbbell arm extensions, about 20 reps. Then 20 pushups. Took about 10 minutes and didn't even break a sweat.
I feel good about this and my arms are more firm. Thank you, I SHOULD do this more often.
Good job man! You are now a weightlifter again. You will do it more often, you will do it every other day from now till forever. Check back in after you do them on Tuesday.
I don't know about being a weightlifter, but I've gone from zero workout to some workout, which is much better.
My problem has always been that of routine: if I have one, I keep doing it, but if I miss it, I stop. I just need to keep doing it, even if only a little each day.
I deem you a weightlifter and you will get back to me on Tuesday afternoon you complete your workout.
Good music is like cheating, I highly recommend you use it.
Nothing's stopping you from going for a 10-minute walk on your off days.
See you Tuesday
