I've done everything on that list except outright murder. I have killed but with the blessing from Uncle Sam.
We are all imperfect people with bad qualities, we all have that in common.
We also all have good qualities, even the worst among us.
We are all good and evil.
We all encompass the same qualities but some of us are inherently good while others are inherently evil, that is what separates one man from another.
I know what I am.
Our hearts are wicked continually. We have been unplugged from the outlet and are running on battery power.
We need to be plugged back in.
I see good in the world every single day. Keep in mind you will generally find what you are looking for.
In life exists a balance, a balance that has always been and always will be.
There will always be good and there will always be evil.
I choose to look for the good.
But as you have said, you have transgressed those other moral laws. (and if you ever even thought of murder in your heart, you are guilty of that as well).
Thats means when we are weighed in the scales, we will be found wanting. GUILTY.
And our laptop will not be plugged into the wall. Our battery will die.
We need an advocate. Someone to intercede on our behalf.
This is our need in this existence. To be plugged back in.
There is only one who can do that. And He promises He will if we let Him.
