It was psychology...the non mask wearer is smarter, braver and believes in jesus most likely, hugs lepers...unafraid. Also that kind of fearlessness means something, it's not like he doesn't know about his profession...and it wasn't cockiness the mask wearer showed compliance, fear, but I wont say the short time with the mask affected his 02 levels...just psychology
