I get it free with my internet which is the only service I have. Truthfully I only played around with it for about 5 minutes but it looked awful in comparison to firestick.
It's almost impossible to get to a live person but call Xfinity. In the automated service tell them you want to sign up for more services. That will get you through to a live person and then have them connect you to technical support.
Tell them at technical support you are considering canceling your service because you were told you could have a Flex. They will see to it that you get one. Also tell them your bill is more than you can afford and they will give you the lower price for the same service
