Are you buying your eggs at a store? Even if they say free range I find grocery store eggs are always gross. Find someone that is selling them from their home that actually feed their chickens a full range of food including table scraps and let them free range on clean ground. The flavor is completely different and those don't give me a stomach ache.
I do have a buddy with chickens I’m going to start getting them from, and yeah farm fresh eggs are definitely better.
It’s not the taste I think is gross, just the concept. I buy organic eggs from the store and they taste fine, I just don’t like digging out the embryos before cooking them and that’s what grosses me out really.
You don't have to dig those out, it doesn't affect taste or texture and is probably good for you.
Yeah but EWWW GROSSS. Call me a wimp, it’s just a sort of phobia I guess.
