No. When I think "young girls" I think YOUNG GIRLS, those of adolescent age. Adolescence...

Fuck me so fucking hard. (((they've))) changed the definition of adolescence. It's now 10-24, it used to be 3-8.

I go with;

  • adolescence = 3-8
  • tween = 9-12
  • teen = 13 - 18
  • young adult = 19 - I don't even know or care, 22-26 or so.

Far as I recall, adolescence has meant the same time period as approx late middle/high school. A 3yo is just beyond toddler, not an adolescent.

Anyway, OP you are bitching about literally says “young teenage girls”, so not sure if this conversation is going anywhere relevant.
