Scott was calling out the 'bankers' specifically Lehman Brothers, Rush was totally agreeing with him. Then at the end Scott mentioned the 'Jew' bankers and Rush didn't seem to catch it or maybe he did and played it off.
Rush would likely not be the one to have the dump button to drop it. Whoever was running his board let it air. Usually those type of shows are on a 15 second delay so they can drop things like that.
