Yes, your bicept is big, a big lump. There is more than one muscle there. Your more like a power lifter.

I have posted pics before, keep in mind Im 60 something. You know as well as I do, lighter weight more reps = definition. Heavy weight less reps = muscle mass.
We have done this before, when I actually measured my biceps were only 16 inches, not as big as your 18.
16 is still great though if they are mostly muscle. Even 14" is really big if it's pure muscle. A lot depends on the individual and how their muscle structure is.
Mine are under 18 now. 17.5 to 17.7. I'm really lean right now.
