I was at the bank the other day and the tellers were having an issue with their computers so there was a line gathering. The guy in front of me had a parrot on his shoulder. The person behind me looked to be a homeless female. The person behind her was a crazy philosopher and the last person to walk in was a spoiled rich kid.
It was an interesting conversation as we all talked. The guy with the parrot has been with the bird for 36 years. I was almost shocked by that, what a great pet to have because they can apparently live to be in their 70s.
The crazy philosopher kept talking about how everything has a soul. He said your cell phone has a soul. He said you should not eat in front of your TV because the people on the screen can see you eating and it is rude to eat in front of people. He would randomly throw out comments like this throughout the conversation.
The kid kept insisting on messing with the guys parrot and had a wad of cash in his hand the whole time. At one point the crazy philosopher had to yell at him for getting too close to him. The kid wouldn't stand still in the line, he was wondering all over the place.
The Homeless looking lady behind me seemed like a really nice person. She was really interested in the parrot as we all were. It's kind of a cool thing to see.
Let's see what else did we talk about...... we talked about dogs that we've owned. The kid started talking about how he's spoiled but he always shares with people.
I don't know it was just kind of an eclectic bunch and interesting few minutes of interaction. I enjoyed it.
