Of course they won't. No president is in control of a nation. So that's ruled out altogether. As to the question of whether they will even allow him to be *president*, only time will tell, but I don't think any of us would be surprised if some pretense is established for Biden to step down and hand it over to Kamala, handing the title over to the black (?) female counterpart to Obama and consummating the death of the idea of the United States.
