I’ve got a bunch of kids, and they’ve been informed. What’s funny is kids already naturally know this. As long as you say something about it to them you affirm something they naturally know. It doesn’t take any convincing.
if you make the confirmation at a young age, they're set.
now teach them to shoot like marines and have them go for a decent jog AT LEAST once a week.
training over time matters.... training and nutrition will make them untouchable against any bullies or fuckwits in school.
also teach them to avoid fights, but tell them when if someone doesn't stop to absolutely smash them.
I agree, but you can only lead them to water. Ive been a gym rat/weirdo calorie counter for 30 years, I still lift and-or run 5 days a week. My oldest is thin but nowhere as fit as I am. He never liked to lift. I tried to set the perfect example but...
