That's a good point. Not gonna bother being my usual contrary self b/c I agree.
Start with a "body scan meditation", there are plenty of guides online. Bring your consciousnesses back in line and one with your body, it is spending far too much effort bouncing around and focusing on aspects of life that are external to you and far out of your control.
With practice in this method alone you can achieve a state of entering a body sleep at will. Once you have basic body scanning down you can move on to body scanning as you fall asleep naturally and learn the path that already exists in you to sleep.
