We had no business fighting Russia by proxy in the ME. The proxy wars were for Israel not the benefit of the US.

I didn't say we did. Also, i'm not sure what the entire deal is there, but the expressed goal is that trade routes be preserved, and the problems the US had with Russia there wouldn't be correlated to the cold war, that's correct.

Israel certainly has been causing each and every problem there that is reported in the news with mystical causes and ridiculous calls-to-action without explanation while using inflammatory language.
