Are you attempting to attribute degloabalism to a person? and i'm assuming you're trying to make a b-line for trump here. is that right? or are you saying something completely different?

I think it was a rhetorical question meant to point out that no one of consequence is deglobalizing anything.

Well it is happening, except no single person or entity is responsible for it, nor can any person or entity change what's happening because what's happening is a result of shifts in technology and demographics. trump claiming credit for that is beyond nonsensical and globalization cannot return to the state as we knew it in our lifetimes. it simply won't happen and there's nothing anyone can do to stop it.
