Jim Acosta is a rude, greasy nitwit, but it's ridiculous to claim he assaulted this staffer. If anything, her grabbing at his mic was the act of aggression.

Anyone trying claim otherwise is just giving CNN an opportunity to be on the right side of an argument for once, which is a shame.

Revoke his press pass for a real reason, like interrupting constantly in press briefings and not giving other reporters a chance to ask questions.

By firmly holding it, pulling it against his own chest (away from her), and putting his second hand on hers can be considered as a use of dissuading and antagonizing force against someone else in their right to take that microphone away.
