Change nothing about what I'm doing then, as I am who I am, everyone who has a problem with it can get fucked.

On the internet, all men are boys, all women are men, and all children are federal agents.
And everyone is a jew shill.
I may not trust you any further than I can throw you; but I like the way you lie
Everything you write. There ok?
Something I have been saying since forever: The Powers That Be don't spy on you because you are on the internet, you are on the internet because The Powers That Be want to spy on you.
If the internet wasn't a useful tool for the PTB, it would basically not even exist.
Anyone is exposed and naked in the internet. This is by design, and concept of "privacy" is laughable.
Not to say there are no ways of obfuscation your identity and actions to some degree, but at the end of the day, a public network is just that - public.
Yep, switching the browser theme from white to black definitely helps these packets travel all over the world in a total anonymity!! :-D
(sorry, was hard not to lol)
Seriously though, no. Anything you do, becomes data. Data on the network is shared by definition. And it is only a question of effort required to extract, process, and analyze it.
the other thing I do for network security is I turn off my monitor when I type in the website and push enter, then i turn the monitor back on so no one sees where I'm going
Obviously.
Forums, plural. Not forum's, possessive.
Boy oh boy, you guys are hilarious. Like I said the last prick, I use voice to text and you not proofread unimportant online post.
I was the last prick you said it to.
I use voice to text. I don't bother to proofread anything because, you know it's an online forum
All online forums are potentially honypots and virtually ever forum like Voat and Poal are absolutely honypots.
Not necessarily true. One thing about Poal which argues against the aforementioned is that Poal doesn't require personal identifiers like email in order to sign up. You could claim Poal logs IP's and other traffic, but without other identifiers to cross-reference an anonymous alias back to an identifiable person, logging IP's is less effective. In short, if Poal is a honeypot, it's a shit honeypot.
Parler was a honeypot. One of the main indicators was it's ID requirements, like pictures of drivers license or other form of official government ID. With that information tagged to each user account, the rest is gravy.
Just because it's publically accessible does not automatically make it a honeypot. I would revise your statement to be "Any public site CAN be a honeypot."
I understand what you're saying and it helps but every single post a person makes link to their IP address. Every single thing you do online leaves a paper trail leading directly back to you. The average person won't be able to pick up this trail but the government can with ease.
I agree with you there.
It takes a deliberate mind to obfuscate the paper trail.
However, as I've always said, if a nation-state entitiy like the CIA is after you, you're already a dead man. Don't care how smart you are.
I agree. I sometimes make posts like this though because a lot of people feel like they are safely protected behind a VPN. People need to realize that there is no anonymity online!
