Overheard this conversation last night between two women in their early twenties.

Girl A: "I think it's amazing that you are open about cosmetic procedures. Improving aesthetics is nothing to be ashamed of. Setting unrealistic expectations by not being open to cosmetic procedures is something to be ashamed of.

Girl B: "Period, Queen! Always do what makes you happy. No shame in injectables or surgery. You do you."

Lol you did not overhear this conversation unless they were two trannies. Women aren’t ashamed by that stuff and yeah they love it but they also don’t talk like that. “Setting unrealistic expectations” would never even cross a woman’s mind to say in this context. It’s not even about men’s expectations for them, they do it to compete with each other as a status symbol mainly, and to attempt not to feel like shit about themselves.
