if you need to climb and cross tall barb wire you can use some old carpet, car mat or a door mat to cover it. rubber backed and thicker the better

You can also use a stick and twist the two lower wires with it and push down while you go through. Or at least thats how i've been doing it.

I like my barbed wire on the ground... That way I can throw the mat on top of it and make a path for other patriots to continue the assault.
