Also Most people working at these homes are black and brown woman, they think abusing old white people is justified, they could care less about your parents. Do your best not to have your parents end up in a home.

My wife works in a home and her main complaint after every shift is that she works with retards and is constantly having to deal with their idiotic negligence. The barrier to entry for working in a home is almost non-existent and it shows, she's emotionally attached to the job though and won't quit.
