No. They are simply allowing their "feel good, do it" opinion to rule their lives, which seems EXCELLENT short term, and they DO NOT have any data LONG TERM. If they were ONLY told AND shown the TRUTH about women, THAT would temper their opinion based on GOOD DATA. Nah, you can be institutionalized and involuntarily drugged, you can be prescribed something without knowing what it is (which may be volitional but without proper informed consent), etc.

I'm not saying those (or other) situations are at all common, but there are circumstances where it is possible to develop a physical addiction, without bearing any moral responsibility.
