College works well in theory, but it's become a scam. You get a free loan when you're 18 years old for 6 figures, they promise you that you can study anything you want and you'll pay the loans off within a few years. Then you graduate, can't find a job that pays what you were promised, then you're stuck working some shit job that doesn't use your education for years just to pay off the debt to get your education. Meanwhile, you could have bought a house with the money spent on education, but instead, you're paying off debt, renting an apartment.
