Imprisonment doesn't really help much when it doesn't curtail fertility rates. All it means is that society is unintentionally selectively breeding ultra sneaky super criminals because only the ones who don't get caught are able to stay free.

You're over-thinking this problem. Stop. Styaph. All niggers must be removed from White society. The Founding Fathers knew it. Lincoln knew it. Samual Calhoun knew it and wrote papers about it.
