I've always been told I could be a model but any time I applied I never heard back.
Recently though I did, and was given a long telephone interview with a modelling agency. They were interested and took my pics and put them through their computer algorithm to find me suitable work based on what 'similar looking' people do. However the computer said no.
I didn't realize that was because I'm not white enough and I could have taken them to a tribunal for indirect racism, but theres a 3 month deadline to do that by.
Best I can do is go back to them with new pics after coronavirus ends, and if I get rejected for the same reason again raise a case then, with the resolution being to offer me paid modelling work.
They already told me that I could try again with new pictures so I will try that in the future.
