Finally did it. Acre of land, walking distance to the river, a dairy down the street, and only one neighbor. Country living. Out of the city. Cant believe it happened as quick as it did.

Ah ok thought you were first time. Yes it feels good to be independent in a free standing structure, just the natural way of things I guess.
