Was level 11, had no mark at all and had something like 7 downvotes ever versus something like 1000 upvotes. I noticed they had marked and banned somebody who had made a brand new account with 0 downvotes ever. I remembered the mods saying how it was an algorithm that automatically labeled you with the tag I now have and then nukes you account. The same exact thing happened to . I wanted to be able to trust the mods here but after knowing for a fact they are just straight up lying it’s sad. I went to bed some time after making that thread above, had not made a single downvote in days and definitely not since making that thread. So not only do I know that an account with 0 downvotes can get the mark but now an account like mine that hasn’t downvoted in days and not since I made that thread can also get it. It just proves the mods are doing it. It’s not an algorithm at all, they just mark and nuke whoever they don’t like. And then I’m being accused of having alts. No, this is literally the only account I have ever made on this website and the mods know this but just do not care. I don’t know why they would lie like this. Just straight up say “yeah we don’t like you so we mark people we don’t like and nuke their accounts.” It’s that simple. Don’t just lie and say it’s an algorithm when it’s not. It’s just pathetic. I now know for absolute certain it has nothing to do with downvotes and everything to do with mod discretion. It’s funny. AOU literally marked my thread with the flair “fake news” and then nuked my account proving me right.

You seemed like an alright guy from your posting. Usually the people who get the account nuke are totally deranged. So that's a bit concerning.

I would like to hear what and have to say about it.

What was the reason for the suspicious behavior flag? If it's vote manipulation, how exactly is that determined? By the same IP voting twice on something? By patterns?

Edit: It seems that AOU is not going to answer, though he mantains, as NukeIsrael says below, that NukeIsrael was downvoting too much and downvoting users he had no interaction with. Take that for what you will, I guess.

No reason. They said the reason behind the mark was downvoting too much. This has been proven to be a lie. They didn’t give any reason at all. I went to bed with my account not having made one downvote, woke up to my account nuked. It’s admin discretion who gets nuked and put with a mark. He just marked my thread “fake news” and then nuked me and marked me literally proving my point. They have no reason because I’ve never made an alt on this website. I’ve never even used any other device but this one. I honestly even doubt there is an algorithm at all dude. It’s just something they say.

You realize whatever answer he makes will be bullshit right? I didn’t believe this myself even when got nuked. It sounded a little too ambiguous because he was admitting to having downvoted lots of stuff so at least it was believable that it wasn’t mod discretion. My account though? I had maybe 7 or 8 downvotes made ever, most of them from when I just started on the website because I didn’t understand how it worked yet. I quickly respectfully learned how the downvote button on the site worked and only used it for obvious shilling there after. Since the time of making the thread I linked in the OP and my account marking and nuking I downvoted 0 things. The only reason I noticed that it wasn’t anything to do with downvoting is because I witnessed an account with 0/0 get marked. My guess is that they will accuse me of using alts or something to save face when I have never used any other account or device while using this website. I couldn’t care less about the stupid points other than making subs but it lying is what pisses me off. I’ll continue to use the website only because I have friends here and I’ll get the points back anyways so it doesn’t matter. What does matter is the admins acting like little children and lying. The behavior they showed last night is unacceptable. Going around making a fool of himself calling posters faggots when they weren’t even talking about his website and giving no apology when he realized he was acting like a jackass. But yeah, they won’t admit to making mistakes, it’s too far gone now and they will have to maintain that it’s an algorithm when it demonstrably isn’t.

Reply to your edit: this never had anything to do with downvotes. Again, I hadn’t made a downvote in days before my nuking and I had like 7 total with 1200 upvotes. I see people with 300, -15. That was always a cop out. I think you mistook my original reply to you. I had 0 reason given to me personally by the admins to why my account was nuked. Not even a message. I was referring to when I said “they claim it’s downvotes.” I never said they messaged me telling me that because they didn’t tell me anything.

Another user is claiming it without providing any proof, and their username sounds pretty Jewish, just saying. Unless it's just some kind of joke I don't get, but at least at first glance it seems pretty crass and degenerate. In any case, that claim is worthless.

The reason mikenigger doesn’t like me is because on voat there was an argument over hitler. He thinks the allies were the good guys in WWII and pretty much gets his knowledge of WWII form the history channel. He believed in the holocaust and that Hitler hated everyone who wasn’t German. He got blown the fuck out on voat because in a random comment section we got into a debate where he thought national socialism was Marxian socialism and he literally appealed to “the Germans were bad because nobody would want to make a business there.” After being destroyed in debate he made a thread pinging me and a few others who were debating him where he again was blown the fuck out. Ever since then he has literally had a hardon for trying to fuck with me constantly. He was routinely destroyed in debates over WWII history and the reich and got mad. Ever since then he has just been following me around trying to fuck with me. I have him blocked so didn’t even see this until now. He’s just a salty boomer who is mad that daddy fought for the wrong side in WWII. He literally believes the holocaust happened by the way.

The "fake news" tag is pretty fucked up. AOU made fun of me in that post, but only because he must have been shitty drunk and didn't read correctly. Another user corrected him of his error, but he just laughed it off. This isn't site admin behavior. It's been how many hours now, 6 or 7, and he's issued no correction.

AOU doesn't care about us, he's an actual faggot nigger unless he chooses to pop in and say to me that he fucked up. Then, address what's happening to you.

He labeled my post “fake news” and then proved me right by nuking me with his own discretion exactly as I said in my thread. He didn’t even have any argument. Around 5 am Eastern time AOU logs in, sees the pings to my thread, marks the thread as “fake news” and then marks and nukes my account. But it’s “da algorithm.” It’s like catching a child at the cookie jar and he still says he didn’t do it with a cookie behind his back. Pathetic.
