Is there a place where Jews go to discuss hidden history from the goy amongst themselves? Would it be a synogogue parking lot? Or fraternity? I ask because my Jewish friend in college said ''Trust me, 911 was an inside job. When I asked him how he knew he said he knew for a fact and suggested his (Jewish) Dad was the one who told him. But his dad is nobody special that should know this. Just a business owner. He spoke to me like it was known among his people or at least among family and shared it with me as if it was a secret. My takeaway was there may be a traditional way for them to share info with themselves away from prying ears.

Peshat (פְּשָׁט) – "surface" ("straight") or the literal (direct) meaning.[1]
Remez (רֶמֶז) – "hints" or the deep (allegoric: hidden or symbolic) meaning beyond just the literal sense.
Derash (דְּרַשׁ) – from Hebrew darash: "inquire" ("seek") – the comparative (midrashic) meaning, as given through similar occurrences.
Sod (סוֹד) (pronounced with a long O as in 'lore') – "secret" ("mystery") or the esoteric/mystical meaning, as given through inspiration or revelation.
