Yeah, that's the way I see it. The problem I notice is that people stop using subverses when they know their posts won't gain any traction, so they start flooding /whatever with all of their posts which causes the subverses to never be used.

Voat was full of subverses that nobody ever used and that was frustrating because what's the point of having them. People would just start posting wherever they would get the most eyes on.

There's a difference between censorship and keeping a forum well organized. We've had some time to get acquainted here, so I can understand why they are moving it over now.
