Download and install the official mumble app on your phone or computer and use the following settings.
Server: cast.poal.co
Username: whatever you want.
Password: poalisgreat
on mobile: double tap the channel where users are (most of the time in the poalcast one).
on computer: drag your username in the channel.
Tip: mumble apps use the voice activation by default, but you can the push to talk feature.
