Either a homophobe or a closet homosexual. I've found people that talk about that subject a lot are usually hiding their own sexuality. As far as what's wrong with the NSDAP, a government concerned for it's people's welfare is not necessarily a bad thing. He was using the term more in the "I don't like it, you're a NAZI" without understanding exactly what NAZI means.
