I used to argue with a lot of flat earthers on reddit, but they always get really really mad about having to explain their way around gravity and non-NASA photography (because you have to concede that NASA is evil or you never get anywhere with them)
but recently they've splintered into their own rival subreddits that ban anyone who doesn't shill along for fun (Poe's law is very tricky on Flerf subs) and most prefer posting bad science memes without attempting to defend or discuss the information.
people: if you feel like one of your dearly held beliefs has to be constantly shielded from any and all attack....... maybe you're holding on to something amazingly unique and special, or maybe you're just holding on to whack....
I've never met any flat Earthers. I thought they were a myth made up by liberals so they could win arguments without evidence by name-calling/ad hominem. The same way they say everyone from the South is inbred when Europeans are the least inbred people on the planet.
