Going to pre order me a founders edition RTX 3080.

I was wondering whether or not to wait for one with more vram, but then my current 1080 Ti was just dipping to under 60 FPS amd stuttering with under 2 Gb memory usage so fuck it Im getting one.

£650 for what the 3080 has is incredible, I dont want to pay any much more for the later Ti version anyway.

Not going for a 3090? Yeah me neither, holy shit that's expensive and my monitors are a joke in comparison.

Lol it wont even fit in my case, and neither will AIB 3080s.

The 3080 FE is the only dual slot option.

I'll be waiting on a smaller-variant 3070 to fit into my LANBOX rig, and replace the massive 1070 that is currently in it, and preventing me from adding any more HDDs.
